A payment screenshot must be sent through Instagram, WhatsApp, or Facebook to confirm the order.

* The shipping fee paid to confirm the order is non-refundable.

* Orders cannot be refunded after confirmation.

* Exchange or return is allowed within 24 hours only, through our courier, with the customer bearing the shipping cost.

* A 30-day warranty is provided against manufacturing defects only and does not cover misuse.
